Please notify us as soon as possible if you notice any fault or performance issue with your goods. We will oﬀer troubleshooting and analysis to conﬁrm there is a fault, swiftly and courteously. If your item is deemed faulty, we will oﬀer returns instructions for you to send back at your own convenience.
If the items need returning to us, please do so with all original accessories and in the original packaging, if possible. If this is not possible, please repackage appropriately for transit. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit, on their way back to us.
We will promptly check all items when returned to us. Items that are deemed faulty will have a replacement oﬀered, with free of charge shipping. Or if required, we can also oﬀer a refund. If no fault is found, we will happily return your goods but this will be at the customer’s cost.
